Mother's Day

This year for Mother's Day we got to go to Arcadia beach. We made camp and spent the entire day beach combing, sand castle building, and relaxing in the sand. We even got to have a visit from the Paxton's and Moppy and Poppy. After we had dinner at Nana's favorite Lumberyard in Cannon Beach. It was a perfect day!

Great Wolf Lodge

Our dear friends Odin and Evan invited Jackson to the Great Wolf Lodge to help celebrate their birthdays. They had a total blast and spent the entire time in their swim trunks! Aside from visits with Chela, this was Jack's first trip away from home overnight! He was a super big boy and had a great time. Thank you Paxtons!!

Lakeside little league

It's been a great season so far! Jackson has become a hard hitter and Bijou is the strong arm! Everyone has had a great time!

Day with Dad!

We got to spend the day with Timmy down in Corvallis. It was fun exploring and finding new fun places to go. We discovered a Avery Park. There was a wonderful old steam engine train that the kids could climb, a dinosaur bone playground, and some beautiful nature trails. We had a super day!

Easter Scavenger Hunt

Easter in Portland is generally rainy and wet. This year we decided to start a new family tradition of having an Easter scavenger hunt! Not only was it fun to come up with clues but it was wonderful watching the kids work together to figure them out. The best part was that Jackson was able to read many of them! Yay for Easter!
